hidden causes you have gained weight and can’t lose it

Have you recently gained weight, but can’t figure out why?  I might be able to offer some clues. If there is a hormonal imbalance due to stress or perimenopause or menopause, that could be one reason. If there is something off about your digestion, that could be another reason. If you are not getting enough sleep, that could be a contributing factor. Check out some of these other possible reasons:

·         Your liver could be toxic and need some help so it can detoxify effectively.

·         Your gallbladder may not be producing enough bile especially if you had to have it removed.

·         You could be estrogen dominant if you’re perimenopausal.

·         You could be consuming inflammatory fats instead of the healthier fats like omega 3 fats.

·         You might have a gut infection such as parasites, yeast, or bacteria.

·         You might be experiencing a side effect of medication.

·         Your body might be inflamed.

If you suspect any of these reasons might be true for you, I can help you determine your cause using some questionnaires that narrow down where to begin.  I can offer suggestions to improve your imbalances so your weight loss efforts will begin to work again.  I am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and I can work with you and possibly your doctor to help you unravel the mystery behind why you are having difficulty losing weight. Sometimes, it is more complicated than eating less and exercising more.  If you would like a free-consult, please visit my website: www.healthyeatingandlifeplans.com to learn how I have helped others and how I can help you too.  You can complete a brief basic questionnaire to get started and submit it to me and I can contact you to set up a time to talk in more detail or you can schedule your consultation using my on-line calendar from my website.
