Daily habits

As a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach, I understand how our daily habits can either help us or harm us. It can be the foods we eat or don’t eat. It could be toxic relationships. It could be not getting enough sleep or getting too much sleep. Consuming too much alcohol or smoking. It could be not exercising enough or over exercising. It could be not knowing how to manage stress.

Everyone can benefit from good fundamental healthy habits regardless of age, gender, or goal. Healthy habits can promote mental and physical well-being. One way to jump start a healthier way of eating is to clean out your pantry/cupboards, fridge and freezer. If you remove the temptations, it makes it easier to stick to a new plan so you can jump-start your health.
