stages of change: what stage are you in ?
1. Pre-contemplation – Not ready yet. I can’t. I know what to do. I just don’t want to because it’s too hard.
2. Contemplation – Preparing for action. I will. I am going to.
3. Preparation – Find a plan and support (Coach) Clean out Fridge/Pantry.
4. Action – Taking small consistent steps for 3 months
5. Maintenance – Consistent Action Steps for 6 months
6. Termination – New behaviors have become habits – 5 years+
